Brian Needelman is a Senior Trial Attorney at Walton Law. Brian received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University, and went on to attend nationally ranked UCLA School of Law. During law school, Brian interned with the Los Angeles City Attorney and San Diego Public Defender, where he first developed a decided preference for the underdog. Since joining the bar in 2013, Brian has handled catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and employment cases for people who have been wronged by major corporate and government interests.
Brian started his career at a leading firm in Downtown Los Angeles, where he was instrumental in the firm’s largest verdicts and settlements both as a trial lawyer and as the leader of the firm’s Pleading and Appellate group. Brian has a demonstrated track record of engaging with and overcoming complex liability issues before and during trial.
Brian has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2018. Brian is also a 2019 graduate of the Trial Lawyer’s College, which affirmed his passion for fighting for people against corporations and the government.
